Spectra 30 HF and 30 HF AP High Frequency Generators |
| NATURE
OF CHANGE: |
In an effort to reduce installation time the generators
above will be pre-staged at the factory. When purchased
as part of a system or a generator package, we will calibrate
your generator at the factory with the tube and high voltage
cables ordered. If a line matching transformer is ordered,
we will install it into the generator prior to our final
calibration. This program is offered free of charge.
When you order an HF generator, you will be asked to provide
the line voltage available at the installation site. This
will allow us to configure and calibrate the generator under
conditions as close as possible to those at the site. If
for some reason, you do not wish for us to pre-calibrate
a generator, simply communicate that to us at the time of
order. |

THE BAD NEWS:
|
Due to continued rising costs from some of our suppliers,
we must increase prices on our single phase generator
and systems an average of 4%. We must also increase
prices on all AEC (Automatic Exposure Control) items, an
average of 7%. |
2nd
THE GOOD NEWS: |
Due to your support and our continued cost reduction efforts,
Medical and Chiropractic systems with our High Frequency
generators have decreased in price an average of
5%. |
3rd
THE GREAT NEWS: |
Our High Frequency generators have decreased in price
an average of 16%. There is no better time to upgrade your
customers to High Frequency. |
| EFFECTIVITY: |
1)
For items that have a price increase, the effective date
is March 18, 2002. Orders received prior to March
18, must have a ship date no later than April 15, 2002.
2) For items that have a price decrease, the new price is
effective on all orders shipped after February 8, 2002.

Please
find enclosed the new Summary of System List Pricing and
Net Pricing pages. Dealer Net prices continue to be equal
to List price less 40%.
Note a) the AM6 Util-Med System will no longer be available.
b) the Spectra 30 HF AP generator will no longer be available
with Chiropractic systems.
Please replace the existing generator section of your price
book, pages G1 through G5, with the enclosed new pages G1
through G4. |

Re: Changes to Accessory Offerings
Dear Americomp Dealer,
Over the past few years, we have seen a variety of changes
in the imaging industry. Here at Americomp we have examined
our business, our customers and their business. To meet
the changing needs and environments we all work within,
Americomp has identified some changes that will enhance
our ability to meet the majority of our customers needs.
The changes are;
1) We are adding an exciting new line of accessories. I
am sure you will find each of them an excellent value. They
are all available now for immediate shipment.
2) We are discontinuing our previous line of accessories.

Roger Graham Retires
Last
month, after 43 years in the x-ray industry, Roger Graham
retired. All of us at Americomp wish him the best of
health & happiness. He will be missed!
May 2000
It's
spring cleaning time again, and due to "under-whelming"
demand, AmeriComp is eliminating the A3290 Chiropractic
Floor Rail Tubestand from our product line. (Our
improved A3306 Floor to Wall or Ceiling Tubestand is
still available) As a result of this change, the AC3
17" Floor Rail System will also be discontinued.
These items will only be available thru June 1, 2000
or while quantities last.
